At The Mending Place, we believe healing and growth don’t happen in isolation. Community can transform how we navigate life’s challenges—and remind us that we’re never alone.
Whether you’re seeking therapeutic support or coaching for personal growth, our groups provide safe, affirming spaces to connect, share, and thrive alongside others who truly understand.
Group therapy at The Mending Place offers more than a shared space—it’s a grounded, goal-oriented experience where connection meets individualized care. Led by Dr. Leann V. Smith, these virtual, closed-cohort groups integrate evidence-based practices with liberatory, culturally attuned support.
All participants begin with a 60-minute Roadmap Appointment, ensuring that your group experience reflects your personal history, strengths, and mental health needs.
