As a psychologist, educator, and coach, my work bridges the gap between scholarship and healing. I believe research should serve real people in real time—and much of my academic work is grounded in the same values that shape The Mending Place: wellness, justice, identity, and wholeness.

My research explores how systemic oppression, identity development, and purpose-driven living impact mental health. I’m especially interested in:
